Overseer Billins is a tiny tyrant, a small man with a big mouth. Despite his size he uses his mouth to convey his authority and his shock baton and riot shield to enforce it.

Billins comes packed with the two Character Stat cards to use him in Broken Contract, along with seven Equipment Cards and one Ability card.

This is a multi-part pewter model kit with two head options and the ability to replace his riot shield arm with a second shock baton arm.

All models come unassembled and unpainted.
